Steve is the founder of London
based contemporary quartet
The Drones.
Gifted song-writer, composer,
inspirational music teacher and
cohort of Rory McLeod,
The Wise Monkeys

The Pyrotechnicos.
Steve plays a Shippey Bouzouki
and custom-made carved-top
Mandolin.

Tantra Peter Daems - Tantra & Snaarmaarwaar

Guitar/Mandolin player Peter Daems, and the
didgeridooplayer Thim Vandecauter form the core
of Belgium based Tantra. They write music which
is a psychedelic mix of folk, world and
soundscapes.
In Belgium, Tantra play all major folk festivals
and events.
Peter also plays with three piece string band Snaarmaarwaar - he plays a Shippey Ten-String Mandolin, which you can hear if you visit their 'myspace' page.

Cameron Robson - Cantrip

Cantrip is a Scottish quartet of traditional
musicians -interweaving the individual
elements of dual fiddles (Jon Bews and Gavin
Marwick); Scottish Bagpipes and flute
(Dan Houghton) and Guitar, Bouzouki and
Banjo (Cameron Robson). Their skill and
enthusiasm radiate out of their live
performances and recordings.
Cameron, who plays a Shippey Bouzouki,
has also recently played with Scottish
power-folk group Deaf Shepherd.

Four Hand Reel Four Hand Reel

Dorset based Four Hand Reel are Julian Gurr (mandolin) and Andy
Stone (guitar). They play a broad
mix of traditional music as well as several new compositions of their
own.
Their debut album "Woven" is receiving great
reviews.
