Ten-string mandolin

European spruce, hand- carved top
Indian Rosewood back & sides (flat-back)

My Ten-String Mandolins have Carved, European Spruce tops
and Indian Rosewood backs/sides.
This model has standard Mandolin scale length of 358 mm and
is typically tuned CGDAE (low to high). This tuning effectively
combines the range of both standard Mandolin and Tenor Mandola
in one instrument and therefore offers more scope and flexibility to
the Mandolin player.
I use a larger body (300 mm wide) than my eight- string Mandolin,
to improve the bass response of the low C string, with
the carved-top providing plenty of projection.

I finish these instruments with a high gloss lacquer. Hand-rubbed between coats, for a perfectly flat finish.

How to order/buy	Delivery
Contact me by email or telephone to confirm the availability of the specific model. To secure your order, a 20% deposit is required, with the full balance to be paid 10 days before the instrument is despatched. Payment can be made by cheque, money transfer through bank account or by International Money Order (IMO) in pounds Sterling.	Delivery is £25 (including insurance) to UK mainland customers. For Delivery outside the UK, please send me an email for a quote.
