Ten String Mandolins

European spruce, hand- carved top
Indian Rosewood back & sides (flat-back)

My Ten-String Mandolins have hand-carved European Spruce tops and Indian Rosewood backs/sides (flat back).
This model has a slightly longer (365mm) scale than my 8 string mandolins (356mm) and is typically tuned CGDAE or DGDAE (low to high).
This tuning effectively combines the range of both standard Mandolin and Tenor Mandola in one instrument and therefore offers more scope and flexibility to the Mandolin player.
I use a larger body (300 mm wide) than my eight-string Mandolin, this improves the bass response of the low C string, while the carved-top provides plenty of projection.

How to order/buy	Delivery
To secure your order, a 20% deposit is required, with the full balance to be paid 10 days before the instrument is despatched. Payment can be made by cheque, money transfer through bank account or by International Money Order (IMO) in pounds Sterling.	Delivery is £35 within the UK. For Delivery outside the UK, please send me an email for a quote.
